Inge Anno and Marianne Wagner know each other for many years, are very complementary, share the same professional vision and are both passionate about human interaction, authentic leadership, empowerment and growth.
INGE
Inge is a Leadership and Collaboration Trainer and Senior Coach with 20 years of experience, combined with over a decade of People Management in various sectors and organizations.
As a Team development and organizational change specialist, Inge holds several coaching accreditations and certifications, including Management Drives and Radical Collaboration.

Marianne
Marianne has 20 years of experience in different positions within international organizations and 10 more years in counselling and managing non-profits.
She is Member of the Board of Directors at Inclusio and the Selection Committee at Engie Foundation and is a certified Management Drives Coach.
People describe her as an outgoing, warm-hearted motivator who strives to create harmony and connectedness. She is an excellent organizer with strong interpersonal skills and a purpose driven go-getter.
